The Jeffrey Epstein Scandal will be the biggest story of the decade because of the prominent names in his little Black Book. While some were innocent, there were many powerful CEOs, bankers, billionaires & politicians who flew on his plane, the Lolita Express. We must wonder how many openings this will lead to for women leaders to be invited to World Economic Forum, instead of rich & predatory men, some of whom are hiding dark secrets?
QUOTE: “The world will not be destroyed by those who do evil, but by those who watch them without doing anything.” Albert Einstein
I was shocked to hear about Epstein, because when I lived in New York, I went to the Yossi hair salon which was on East 71st Street between Madison & Fifth Avenue just steps from his mansion. While I never met Mr. Epstein, I wonder if any of the lovely women & girls who were abused by him had walked down that street when I was at my salon near St. James Church and the Ralph Lauren store. The Upper East Side felt like the safest part of New York, but behind the doors of that $70+ million mansion, evil lurked and many CEOs, bankers, academics, celebrities & mainstream media anchors tragically looked the other way! SEE SOMETHING, SAY SOMETHING #TimesUp
The more I learn about Davos Men & this tragic #MeToo story, the more I know we need female executive coaches & Conservative women leaders at Davos. The heroes of this story include the Florida attorney Bradley Edwards and journalist Julie K. Brown at the Miami Herald. South Florida is attracting Davos men’s attention & will continue to. STAY TUNED & watch new video where I share my thoughts & opinions on how Epstein relates to Davos:

Executive & Anchor Sandra Rupp reports on THE WAY AHEAD ~ for State Street, McCann, Alfa Romeo, Audi, Unilever, WPP CEOs.
Today I’m offering strategic advertising advice to Jay Hooley, CEO of State Street global financial services and Harris Diamond, CEO of McCann, a top ad agency owned by Interpublic. FT Alphaville had an insightful post on that “Fearless Girl” Statue they placed standing in front of the famous Wall Street Bull for International Women’s Day. While I give all CEOs credit for taking on the complex topic of gender parity, in this case the marketing teams tried to tie this publicity stunt to a communications message to influence companies to appoint more women to their boards. I immediately hit the FT comments button, as I was shaken State Street and their ad agency were tying women on boards to a statue of a little girl. Why? Well predictably the press scrutinized the % women in leadership at State Street (reminded me of the Audi Super Bowl ad controversy), and I don’t think any of this helps get more women on boards today: the rest is HERSTORY. Jay and Harris, I invite you to call me for expert advice. Let’s replace the little girl statue with a statue of a businesswoman in high heels with a businessman standing next to her (Yin/Yang). I would love to work with you! I helped reinvent the Unilever Axe & Dove Ads and influenced Sir Martin’s CEOs to put more women Creative Chiefs at WPP agencies. P.S. Alfa Romeo, after your inspiring, feminine energy Super Bowl Ads, you are my next car purchase! Watch the full report here:

UPDATE: On August, 20th, 2012 it was announced that Augusta National now has its first two female members! Sandra Rupp is delighted. Many thanks to all who participated in this “hole in one” decision.
ORIGINAL POST APRIL 2012: There has been a lot of discussion in the last few weeks about Women on a variety of fronts. I think Augusta National Golf Club has a wonderful opportunity this year to invite women including the new IBM CEO Virginia “Ginni” Rometty into their Membership. Notably they have invited the last four CEOs of IBM into their club as one of the three sponsors of The Masters golf tournament. 99% of US Golf Clubs allow Women as members. This tournament is sponsored by corporations, covered by the media and watched around the globe. This year’s winner Bubba Watson has discussed his support for Women & Augusta, as have the U.S. President, Gov. Romney, Piers Morgan, and Donald Trump. How do you feel about Augusta? Here are my weekend thoughts on Why Augusta & Women Matter. I am tweeting my Video to Augusta Members @BillGates @BoonePickens @Jack_Welch and @RealDonaldTrump.
