Is Davos a “Debate” or a “Conversation” or Both? ~ More on The Yin & Yang of Leadership

Did you attend or watch the Davos World Economic Forum 2011 Meetings? I was very touched by the thought and commitment that the World Economic Forum founder Klaus Schwab, the organizers & participants put into these “debates.” Personally I like to think of them also as conversations, the feminine equivalent, but I am comfortable with a good debate if there are also next steps discussed to move forward.
I watched two sessions on the Economy and one on Unemployment, two very important topics. I have previously met a couple of the speakers. Watching the discussions reinforces my passion for sharing & implementing my 7 Step Vision/Coaching for what I call The Yin & Yang of Leadership & Investing in The Feminine Leadership Style, because I truly believe it is a large economic opportunity for all. More later from your Lady in Blue. In addition to being included in the Davos Debates 2011 Video of selected entrants (click to view my answer to The Davos Question on How Can We Create Inclusive Economic Growth), my Video Question: What are you doing specifically to Invest in Innovation & Job Creation? was also asked at Davos this year. As a follow up to Davos, I look forward to sharing my 7 Step Plan for Investing in & Empowering The Feminine Leadership Style through Leadership Consulting, Media Interviews & Speaking: to help more leaders invest in Feminine Leadership through what I call “The Yin & Yang of Leadership.” I see this as not only the path to inclusive growth but also the largest economic opportunity worldwide. FAVORITE QUOTE: “Wisdom begins in wonder.” ~ SOCRATES
I am an Executive Career Coach. Inspiration for founding my company Parthenon Advisors came from Athena, the helper of heroes & heroines. Ancient Greece was the birthplace of democracy and a time of great innovations. My Answer to the Davos Question: “How Can We Drive Inclusive Economic Growth & Prosperity” has been chosen for the Davos Debates 2011 Video of Selected Finalists – the lady in blue placed on the cover. My Davos Debates answer (see below) is to “Invest in & Empower the Feminine Leadership Style, a 7 Step Plan” incorporating boards, banks, businesses, venture capital & local communities. My Vision/Plan has been developed with insights of 20 years coaching & placing global executives, innovators and leaders. Interestingly, I see this not only as a path to inclusive growth but also quite possibly the largest economic opportunity worldwide. I will share it now through Leadership Advisory, Speaking, Writing & Videos. I would like to also share that I feel we need to worry about (modern day) Greece, because right now, we are all potentially Greece. And if this economy is to grow, I believe it will be saved by all of us: the masculine & feminine, male and female, Yin & Yang make a wonderful team ~More later from Your Lady in Blue. I see a very important economic opportunity here. Many thanks to the World Economic Forum for the Davos Debates 2011. Best wishes from Sandra Rupp. MANY THANKS FOR ALL YOUR VOTES! Update: Sandra Rupp Was placed on the cover of the Davos Debates 2011 of Selected Entrants. She is honored to be a part of the World Economic Forum’s Video.
