I am so touched by all your notes & votes for THINKERS 50 – many thanks. I shared a short video on YouTube recently with photographs of a visit to the Thomas Edison/Henry Ford Homes/Museum in Florida. What an inspiring day! Edison created 14 companies, including one of the world’s largest, from a small home office. On that note, I feel we are at a similar time in history where much innovation will be needed. Interestingly, Henry Ford created jobs & customers at the same time by paying his employees a nice amount of money to afford a new Ford car. How will we identify the new Thomas Edisons, Steve Jobs & Henrietta Fords?…I believe we must create a Modern Day Renaissance” with a best investment of Human Capital & a new “currency” (in addition to our current currencies)~ Kindness. I will be sharing a lot more on The Yin & Yang of Leadership in the coming days. STAY TUNED. Best wishes from Sandra Rupp. Contact: www.parthenonadvisors.com

Executive Career Coach Sandra Rupp answers the 2011 DAVOS QUESTION for The World Economic Forum: HOW CAN WE DRIVE INCLUSIVE GROWTH AND PROSPERITY? Watch her 1 minute summary video below.
We have a $70 trillion global economy but 80% of the world’s population live on less than $10 a day and 50% of the world’s population live on less than $2 a day. How can we close that gap & create NEW ECONOMIC GROWTH?
Sandra’s Answer: “Invest in & Empower The Feminine Leadership Style” includes a 7 Step Plan incorporating Boards, Banks, Venture Capital and Communities. Her vision and plan includes creating companies/products/services that improve the lives of many others. The Feminine Leadership Style is inclusive, creative and not necessarily gender specific. She calls it “the largest economic opportunity worldwide.” In partnership with the Masculine Leadership Style, it will help create inclusive economic growth & a better world. Yin + Yang = Success. Best wishes from Sandra Rupp.
