As a follow up to Davos, I look forward to sharing my 7 Step Plan for Investing in & Empowering The Feminine Leadership Style through Leadership Consulting, Media Interviews & Speaking: to help more leaders invest in Feminine Leadership through what I call “The Yin & Yang of Leadership.” I see this as not only the path to inclusive growth but also the largest economic opportunity worldwide. Many thanks to the World Economic Forum & to all of you who are following the 2011 Davos Meetings. Please subscribe to my YouTube Channel. Best wishes from Sandra Rupp.

The Davos Question this year is How Can We Drive Inclusive Economic Growth & Prosperity? (when 80% of the world currently lives on less than $10 a day). My answer includes a 7 Step Plan developed over many years working with leaders. My answer is a 1 minute summary of what I believe is the largest economic opportunity worldwide. Top answers will be shared with World Leaders in late January at the World Economic Forum meetings. I am finding my video answer resonates with both men and women. Masculine & Feminine, man or woman, Yin & Yang make a wonderful team! (see a short clip here):
