Is Davos a “Debate” or a “Conversation” or Both? ~ More on The Yin & Yang of Leadership

Did you attend or watch the Davos World Economic Forum 2011 Meetings? I was very touched by the thought and commitment that the World Economic Forum founder Klaus Schwab, the organizers & participants put into these “debates.” Personally I like to think of them also as conversations, the feminine equivalent, but I am comfortable with a good debate if there are also next steps discussed to move forward.
I watched two sessions on the Economy and one on Unemployment, two very important topics. I have previously met a couple of the speakers. Watching the discussions reinforces my passion for sharing & implementing my 7 Step Vision/Coaching for what I call The Yin & Yang of Leadership & Investing in The Feminine Leadership Style, because I truly believe it is a large economic opportunity for all. More later from your Lady in Blue. In addition to being included in the Davos Debates 2011 Video of selected entrants (click to view my answer to The Davos Question on How Can We Create Inclusive Economic Growth), my Video Question: What are you doing specifically to Invest in Innovation & Job Creation? was also asked at Davos this year. The Davos Question this year is How Can We Drive Inclusive Economic Growth & Prosperity? (when 80% of the world currently lives on less than $10 a day). My answer includes a 7 Step Plan developed over many years working with leaders. My answer is a 1 minute summary of what I believe is the largest economic opportunity worldwide. Top answers will be shared with World Leaders in late January at the World Economic Forum meetings. I am finding my video answer resonates with both men and women. Masculine & Feminine, man or woman, Yin & Yang make a wonderful team! (see a short clip here):
