LEADERS, I am excited to share a brand New Davos Woman Challenge 2016 with my Favorite Davos CEOs. I am asking them to “Trade Places” for one day with a CEO Female Founder age 45+ with a Top School MBA & interview with me on camera. Yes I plan to choose a seasoned Harvard MBA Alum for WPP CEO Sir Martin Sorrell! I want to choose myself for Unilever CEO Paul Polman as I have the marketing Kellogg MBA and know a lot about his amazing Sustainable Living Plan. We will find a super creative Stanford MBA Alum for Virgin CEO Sir Richard Branson, and we need a charismatic Cass B-School Alum for Coca Cola CEO Muhtar Kent. I have a smart Wharton finance Alum for Citi CEO Michael Corbat; after all he won The Davos Woman Challenge last year by bringing two female delegates to World Economic Forum. Davos CEOs are all cordially invited to interview with me on camera, sponsor the process & even make the final edits. With so many talented baby boomer ladies available with a mix of Corporate & CEO Founder experience, I figure my Davos CEOs will be extending offers to join their CEO Teams after just one day. And then we will have more female delegates for Davos! OUR GOAL: 30% Women. Watch the EXCLUSIVE INVITE VIDEO here:

LEADERS I have two important things to announce. First I have been very busy the last three weekends working on my CANNES CHIMERA entry for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. I am honored to be a part of this challenge around eliminating extreme poverty off the planet by 2030. Did you know there are 1 Billion who still live on less than $1.25 a day? Learn more here by watching one of my favorite interviews of Melinda Gates by CBS. Did you know even in the US a recent study found that 50% of Women in the US fear falling into poverty. The volatility and bubbles in the economy have impacted everyone, and my view is that we need more stability everywhere. On that note, I believe I have a very good answer for The Gates Foundation, Bill, Melinda and Warren Buffett. I hope they will pick my entry (watch more details in my next post). I would love to work with the talented 2013 Cannes Chimera team of Executive & Chief Creative Directors. Indeed Yin + Yang = Feminine + Masculine Leadership = 21st Century Success.
I wanted to also announce that my YouTube Channel is now on SMART TV – just go to www.youtube.com/CareerExpert. RVSP now and Subscribe on your computer or mobile device. QUOTE “When you can’t make them see the light, make them feel the heat.” ~ Ronald Reagan
Leaders I want to share a Special Valentine Message this year. I would like to welcome Davos Men to the Largest Economic Opportunity Worldwide. Did you know that women are the largest consumer market and an increasing percentage of business purchasing? Did you know that just 7% of people worldwide have a college degree (about 30% of people in Western countries) but women currently make up 60% of college graduates in the US ? Did you know that just about 8% of people in Western countries have a post-graduate degree but that my MBA class was 40% Women two decades ago? Unfortunately 90% of the Angel Investor & VC Money is still going to men! Yet women in their 40s and 50s are starting more new companies than any other demographic sector but many have to use a personal credit card (with high interest rates) to start one. Banks: how are you doing on Small Business Lending?…Companies: Why are we stuck at just 16% Women Board Members for the last ten years in countries without a Quota? What does Leadership Look Like to YOU?…Meantime only 3% of Creative Heads at the major Ad Agencies are Women??…Looking at many of the Super Bowl Ads, the gentlemen need some help! (Calgon, take me away… :-))
DAVOS CEOs IN EVERY INDUSTRY: You NEED 30%+ WOMEN on your Boards & Executive Teams today following McKinsey’s research that 30%+ Women on your teams is good for business. Otherwise you are not investing in the largest economic opportunity worldwide. Executive women don’t need Sponsorship which to me is an outdated patriarchical word; they need to be appointed to your Leadership Team & recognized as the strong FEMININE LEADERS THEY ALREADY ARE. Can’t find them in your company? I can. I was a Global Executive Search Consultant for many years. Angel Investors: if you are not investing in Women & Minorities, you are missing out on a huge portion of leaders needed to reboot the Western & global economies. And WORLD ECONOMIC FORUM with your support & the help of Davos Men like @DTapscott, @Bill_George, @Paul1Polman @BillGates @MartinSorrell @Wunderman29 @RichardBranson @MichaelDell @Nouriel and others, I WILL GET 30% WOMEN AT DAVOS including 2 delegates for strategic partners….because leadership now comes in a lot of different forms & fashions: indeed LEADERSHIP CAN LOOK LIKE THIS> And once I get DAVOS MEN TO UNDERSTAND THIS, we will GET THIS ECONOMY ROLLING AGAIN because Yin + Yang = 21st Century Success. STAY TUNED.
