UNILEVER CEO Paul Polman is one of the world’s most admired CEOs for his leadership on Sustainability. IMRAN KHAN of Pakistan is one of the most influential people in the world per Time Magazine and the Asia Society.  Executive & Anchor Sandra Rupp was placed on the THINKER50 Guru Radar List for the world’s top business thinkers & aims to interview both of them on camera. Here she explains why she has chosen two of her favorite Davos Men to help her get more Doves to Davos.

In terms of your Leadership style, are you a Hawk or a Dove? Did you know that it is the Highly Sensitive of any species that are the key to survival? Do you have the gene for High Sensitivity or High Sensation Seeking? Some of the most dynamic CEOs and Leaders in the world I have met have both genes, because they know how to take risks but also manage risk. Click here to take both Tests. Read this post by Dr. Elaine Aron at www.hsperson.com  to learn more. I am a Highly Sensitive Leader (a Dove), and I believe we need more Doves at World Economic Forum to help tackle the most pressing issues of the decade including Income Inequality, the Gender Gap and Terrorism. I am inviting Paul Polman, Imran Khan & other leaders to help me.

Now with viewers in over 65 Countries, Sandra Rupp is inviting CEOsLeaders to interview with her on camera either virtually or in person in a Smart TV Series “Five Questions to World Leaders.” Contact: www.parthenonadvisors.com and www.sandrarupp.com In 2011 she was placed on the cover of the Davos Debates Video by the World Economic Forum and asked CEOs & Leaders a video question on Innovation & Jobs. In 2015 the Financial Times Alphaville published her Davos Woman Video. She is a top Executive Coach & Anchor, MBA from Kellogg/Northwestern and studied International Business & Art at Oxford. She is asking Leaders to bring two female delegates to Davos. STAY TUNED

Original Post: THE DAVOS CEO CHALLENGE has included Martin Sorrell of WPP Group, Muhtar Kent of Coca Cola, Paul Polman of Unilever, Michael Corbat of Citigroup, and Richard Branson at Virgin. Sandra has now turned the challenge into The Davos CEO Pledge. Sandra was placed on THINKERS50 Radar list for world’s Top Business Thinkers 2011-2013. The FT Alphaville put her Davos video of 2015 on Financial Times site with the headline “Introducing the priceless Sandra Rupp” & a Fast Company reporter tweeted “In awe of Davos Woman, Sandra Rupp.” In 2011 World Economic Forum placed her on the cover of The Davos Debates Video & she asked 15 CEOs & Leaders a Video Question on Innovation & Job Creation. She has been recording Videos ever since. Sandra has hit a hole in one, won a skeet tourney, has been to Daytona, helped get women into Augusta, stands 6 FT in her Jimmy Choos, and she aims to get 30% Women & herself to Davos in the near future (WEF has been stuck at about 16% Women for too many years)

Today we discuss what two of my Favorite CEOs (Paul Polman and Donald Trump) have in common, and how I helped Unilever CEO @PaulPolman through the magic of Twitter & YouTube. Recently, a Viral Video with Sofia Ashraf hit social media questioning Unilever’s India division HUL. Sofia used to work for @Ogilvy India. The Kodaikanal Mercury issue happened in 2001, long before Paul joined Unilever, and in my view should have been solved by the prior CEO. But I saw this starting to brew on social media weeks ago and alerted @Unilever. They issued a Unilever Human Rights Report, but I knew I was going to have to get on YouTube and Twitter myself to help. After all, Unilever is the leader in Sustainability! Many thanks to @nityanandjraman who helped me and Paul sort out what happened in Kodai, India. For several days, Paul & I were the ones brave enough to tweet. I tweeted to @Bill_George, @DTapscott, @Pontifex, @FT & @TheTimes we all needed to help, because no one is going to hurt Paul Polman on my watch! He is one of my Favorite Davos CEOs.  Dear @HUL_News you might want to follow my advice & take down your Pinned Tweet. Check out my video here. It turns out Paul & Donald have a few things in common, including being CEOs I’d like to work for! After my video and Paul’s tweets of reassurance to the people of Kodai, I have got nice notes from Kodai asking Paul and even me to come visit:

Sandra Rupp is Changing the Look & Feel of Leadership and would like to work for Paul Polman and Donald Trump on their Executive Brand Management & Social Media. Sandra was placed on the THINKERS50 Guru Radar list for the world’s Top Business Thinkers from 2011-2013 (support her with a Vote in 2015 at www.thinkers50.com). She is an Executive, Leadership Advisor & Media Interviewer, MBA from Kellogg/Northwestern and studied International Business & Art at Oxford. Prior to her career in media, global executive search & executive coaching one of her first mentors in business was Al Masini, the Creator of ET. Contact: www.parthenonadvisors.com and www.sandrarupp.com Sandra Rupp’s Feminine Leader Voice has had Top Videos for #CannesLions #WEF #Davos. In 2011 World Economic Forum placed her on the cover of the Davos Debates Video. She helped get Women into Augusta with four months of tweets & a video and the help of @RealDonaldTrump & others.  STAY TUNED. Yin/Yang. Videos @CareerExpert on YouTube & Follow her on Twitter @ExecCareerCoach

UPDATE: Soon after this post, Unilever’s CEO @PaulPolman joined Twitter, modified his website & can now read Sandra’s Tweets directly (click to follow their tweets). He also added another lady to his CEO Team. STAY TUNED

“What message is new Dove Ad really sending to our daughters?” Telegraph

“Dove’s ‘Beautiful or Average’ Ad: does it do more harm than good?” ETonline

“Dove is Really Reaching with this New Stunt that Forces Women to Label Themselves ‘Average’ or ‘Beautiful'” Fast Company magazine (click to view)

BOTTOM LINE: I have talked openly about how much I admire Unilever CEO’s Sustainable Living Plan. If I am appointed to his CEO Team, I will have more choices for Dove doors: including Kind-Hearted, Feminine & Fearless. Dear Ad Age & Sir Martin: he needs a female Chief Creative for Dove. The one positive thing about the Ad was they took my advice & filmed women around the globe! xo Here’s my new video offering to work with Paul as Chief Creative Advisor on Dove & other brands. Click to View:

Dove has Women Walk through Doors Labeled ‘Beautiful’ or ‘Average’….” Beauty Editor Arabelle Sicardi of BuzzFeed

Dove’s New Choose Beautiful Ad Sparks Online Backlash.” Nicole Arce in Tech Times

ORIGINAL POST: Just imagine this scenario: a male CMO & male SVP of Brand, a male Chief Creative Officer, and even male Directors of an Ad Agency hatch a plan to have the Ad Team fly to five cities and film women walking into office buildings or malls for a female soap product. But first they plan to put up two huge signs: on top of Door #1 is a sign that says BEAUTIFUL. On top of Door #2 is the sign AVERAGE. And then they film the majority of the women walking through the AVERAGE Door! Wow you can’t even make this stuff up…I really need to help CEO Paul Polman promote the positive self-esteem in his Sustainable Living Plan. As some of you know, I helped him clean up the Axe Ads (see Videos to Paul on YouTube), but now I’d like him to hire me to give Dove a Creative Makeover. As I pointed out in my prior Dove post, Beautiful is a man’s word (click to see more). But there’s more that Unilever’s CEO needs to know: the BuzzFeed Beauty Editor mysteriously had her critical Dove post temporarily deleted – and then restored when BuzzFeed’s Editor-in-Chief admits he blew it after a Slate article. So why did he temporarily delete the post? Last time I checked PR Firm Edelman had been contacted, but there was no comment – Richard & Sir Martin please give me a call. Because I suspect Paul will be siding with me – because top women Execs, Journalists & customers are worn out being told we have to think like men. Calgon take me away ~

UDPATE: After Paul Polman read this post, he added another lady to his CEO Team & joined Twitter! STAY TUNED

“What I’m most excited about technology is that it gives women a voice.” @PaulPolman Unilever CEO (which owns Dove)

“Paul Polman is handsome & intelligent, but he needs more  Women on his CEO ULE Team. #SpeakBeautiful” @ExecCareerCoach (update: he now has more)

Happy Women’s Day. While I know Unilever had good intentions, I am surprised they singled out women in their #SpeakBeautiful campaign (note: Dove has a men’s care line too). As soon as it hit Twitter I tweeted back to PR CEO Richard Edelman on Oscar’s Day “Please tell Paul…They can do better.” In this video I explain to CMO Keith Weed & Dove SVP Stephen Miles why I think it’s time to drop the word “Beauty” from the Dove campaign, revamp it with something fresh & positive, and even use this as an opportunity to hire more Women Executives. As some of you know Paul is one of my five favorite Davos CEOs, and I helped him clean up the Axe & Lynx Ads through my prior videos – I love Clean Cut and Axe Peace But Unilever needs my help again as I read these headlines:

“Dove’s #SpeakBeautiful campaign is the ugliest thing on the internet today.” Caitlin Dewey in Washington Post

“Is Dove’s #SpeakBeautiful Twitter Campaign an ‘Egregious Overstep’?” headline in Ad Age

My Question for Dove: By pointing out something negative about women are you really raising their self esteem? #SustLiving

“Our brands are 80% there to serve women.” CEO Unilever to Davos “The era of women is coming.”

Note to Paul: the era of women leaders is here! P&G has many Women on their CEO Team. I volunteer to be your Chief Creative Consultant & here’s my idea for Dove to lead the way across the Consumer Goods, Advertising & PR world to #PaintItPurple & be the hero. Watch:

QUOTE: “The world’s becoming a better place, and again it is up to us to make sure we’re doing the right things.” MICHAEL CORBAT, CEO Citigroup

I am delighted to announce the WINNER of The Davos CEO Challenge for 2015. I am very excited to honor the CEO of Michael Corbat with this award. I had previously done many years of executive search work with Citigroup, and I had tweeted @Citi that he needs more women on his CEO Team. Michael added a woman to his team & he brought two lady delegates to Davos as we requested. Many thanks Michael Corbat for leading the way and spearheading “The New Global Context” with us. Many thanks Financial Times & Fast Company readers for helping me select my wardrobe (see prior post). Citi’s CEO & I must now influence my other Favorite CEOs from Unilever, WPP, Coca Cola & Dell to achieve the goal of 30%+ Women at World Economic Forum.

Please forward this digital asset to our CEOs, as I am now inviting all CEOs & World Leaders to schedule a video appointment on camera and work with me. See my prior holiday post for my Video published in the FINANCIAL TIMES AlphavilleCLICK below as I discuss WHO the CEOs BROUGHT TO DAVOS 2015: and fyi the black lace suit, the Grecian Goddess Athena dress & the Harley boots received the most votes Yin/Yang.
