QUOTE: One of the first things I learned in Business School is to go where the power is.” Sandra Rupp, Executive Coach & Media Presenter
LEADERS it is with great pleasure that I thank one of the key people who inspired my Davos Woman CEO Challenge: I had the good fortune to hear Warren Buffett speak at the Fortune Women’s Most Powerful Conference several year ago. He actually helped my father find a CEO job in the 1970s. I have admired Warren Buffett over many years not just for his business success, but also for his upbeat, positive personality. In my new video I reveal how he inspired me and how Silicon Valley CEOs, @FTAlphaville and @WSJ are helping too. As many of you know I am now inviting all CEOs to appoint 30%+ women to their CEO Teams, bring two ladies to Davos & interview with me on camera on the topic of Women & Leadership. Maybe then we can even get the legendary Warren Buffett to attend Davos! I also would love to work with WEF to create a New Category for more Women Age 45+ to attend World Economic Forum. Watch my NEW VIDEO & many thanks to all supporting me:
